These terms govern your use of the Family Plate Planner app and related services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is greater.

Your account

Sign in with your phone number and a one-time SMS code.
Keep your phone and account secure.
One account per person. No impersonation of Ember Apps or Family Plate Planner staff.

Subscriptions

Free tier, Premium, and Family plans are available.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple ID under standard App Store terms.
Refund decisions are made by Apple.

Privacy

Your data is handled per the Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect the minimum needed, encrypt sensitive data, never sell your information, and let you export or delete everything any time.

Liability

The app is provided as-is, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited as described in the full terms draft.
